Quick & Easy Raw Vegan Pecan FudgeIngredients

2/3 cup cacao powder

2/3 cup coconut oil, liquefied

1/2 cup maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice

2/3 cup pecans, 1/3 to blended in and 1/2 chopped to mix in for texture

1 tablespoon natural maple flavor

Directions

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup chopped pecans in blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into bowl and hand mix in remaining pecans.

Pour into container of choice and place in the freezer. (I like to line mine with wax paper so it

pulls out easy to cut into smaller bite size pieces.)
