Ingredients for ice cream:
5-6 frozen bananas

Ingredients for chocolate sauce:
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup pure maple syrup

cacao paste, shredded


  1. To make the ice cream, process bananas in a food processor with an S blade, then scoop into serving bowls.
  2. In a high-speed blender, blend the cacao powder, coconut oil and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Pour liquid chocolate sauce over ice cream.
  4. Top with shredded cacao paste and a cherry.
